They became famous, despite the secrecy of their missions.

Spy, scout, secret agent – all these words define the person in one country is considered a hero and another a traitor. The one who became a spy, was well aware that there is a huge risk. And if some similar lesson was drawn by the good pay, the other was recovering on the job for reasons of morality and honor.

Richard Sorge

Soviet spy of German origin, Richard Sorge is considered a legend among spies. During the Second world war, he collected valuable information and passed them to the Soviet Union, while in Japan. Sorge is so deftly managed to organize a network of agents that as many as 10 years consistently provided important information that influenced the course of the war. In 1944, Richard Sorge was declassified, long tortured and then executed by hanging.

Ian Fleming

That is Ian Fleming, we owe the appearance of books about the adventures of James bond. Before becoming a writer, he served in British naval intelligence. Risky espionage operations officer Ian Flemming liked to describe in works, rather than experience them in real life.

Sidney Reilly

It is considered that one of the prototypes of James bond was a British agent Sidney Reilly. Kim Philby

Kim Philby belonged to an ancient English family. As a student, he began to read the works of Karl Marx. In 1934 he was recruited by Soviet intelligence. Kim Philby had to do in the military intelligence of Britain. He achieved it and his career went uphill. The information that he procured for the British intelligence, was incredibly valuable. Philby even was the head of “the Department on struggle against communism”. Nobody could suspect he was a double agent. When there is a threat of failure, Kim Philby sent to the Soviet Union. There he was introduced to several awards. Given his experience, Philby was often attracted to counseling special services

Olga Chekhova

In 1920, Olga Chekhova moved from Russia to Germany. There she built a brilliant acting career. It was called the “Muse” of Hitler, this woman was on friendly terms with Mussolini and Goebbels. Some researchers believe that Chekhov was working for Soviet intelligence. However, in support of this version are presented only circumstantial evidence.
