Scientists named the most dangerous social network for humans

YouTube is the least harmful to human health, unlike Instagram.

Scientists in the UK found out which social networking has the greatest harm to humans. The study was conducted in the framework of the project #StatusOfMind.

From February to may, more than 1,500 young people from 14 to 24 years old answered questions of sociologists and analyzed various situations in which social networks could somehow affect the health.

Were analyzed the 5 most popular social networks, such as YouTube received a rating as a platform that does not harm the mental health of the person.

In second place was Twitter, followed by Facebook, then Snapchat. And the last place for Instagram.

According to the survey called Instagram that causes irritation and depression, as well as becoming a platform for bullying.

In addition, the British scientists do not recommend more than two hours a day to spend on social networks as it encourages people to compare themselves with others and gives the feeling of rejection himself.
