According to the researchers, black holes can replace the Sun.
The black hole, which acts as the Sun can support life on planets revolving around it. In turn, the Earth uses the difference between hot sun and cold surrounding space.
Scientist Thomas Oparty sure to sustain life can be used difference between cold and hot sun space, including a Black hole instead of a source of heat and light.
Despite the name, most black holes are the brightest objects in the Universe, because the gas and matter, they fall, start to glow due to the heat. However, this space object has zero temperature. But if the hole “will be filled” with gas and matter, it can radiate heat.
Surrounding a black hole space has a temperature of about minus 270 degrees Celsius. According to researchers, this will be enough for the planet the size of Earth, which rotates around the black hole which is comparable to the size of the Sun could to about 900 Watts of energy. This is enough to sustain life, though, and for the development of civilization is not enough.
Scientists estimate that 15 million years after the Big Bang the temperature of the surrounding space was 27 degrees Celsius, allowing it to maintain water in the liquid state. At this temperature the planet can get to 130 gigawatt of energy, enough to sustain complex life.
