Green tea is a great helper in the process of weight loss.
In the course of the study showed that drinking green tea lowers body weight and improves metabolic parameters.
This was announced by Chinese scientists from the University of Khon Kaen.
The study involved respondents with overweight, who were divided into three groups. The first took a placebo, the second category of participants daily drank one Cup of green tea, and the third – two.
It should be noted that the diet of the people remained unchanged. However, the results of the experiment showed that those participants who consumed green tea lost weight about 2 pounds.
In addition to reducing the weight of the respondents had improved metabolic parameters and overall well-being. According to scientists, green tea stimulates the process of converting fats into energy, which causes prolonged feeling of satiety.
Based on these data, researchers recommend that all people suffering from obesity, regularly drink green tea. I should add that the drink should be added to the basic diet.
