The body is created using three-dimensional bio-printer, and has all necessary vessels. Theoretically it can be transplanted to man.
In Poland, scientists were able to print on the bio-printer the world’s first pancreas with blood vessels.
The experts used the pancreatic islets, harvested from animals and placed them biotoxin that allows cells to live. This biomaterial 3D printer printed on in accordance with the previously created computer program.
The authority also created all the necessary blood vessels. Theoretically, it can be transplanted into the human body, but until scheduled transplant mice and later pigs.
Scientists hope that the artificial pancreas can be used for the production of insulin. Now people with diabetes depend on insulin injections.
