Scientists have learned that eating Breakfast slim people

The scientists shared the results of the study.

We all know that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That is why the selection of foods for the morning meal should be given special attention.

Researchers from the Laboratory of food and grocery brands at Cornell University decided to ask about the morning diet real experts of proper nutrition – slender people. In the study, were interviewed about 150 people that have absolutely no weight issues.

The most common answers to the question: “What do you eat for Breakfast?”, were:

Fruits and vegetables: 51%

Dairy products: 41%

Cold cereal/granola: 33%

Bread: 32%

Eggs: 31%

Cooked cereals: 29%

Coffee: 26%

The important point was that the Breakfast in any case not to be missed. The study showed that only 4% of respondents ignore morning meal.
