Scientists have identified the most dangerous to human health fruits and vegetables

70% of strawberries can contain dangerous pesticides.

American scientists conducted a study which identified the threat to human health fruits and vegetables. The list was topped by strawberries.

According to the study, that 70% of strawberries can contain dangerous pesticides which can cause diabetes, infertility, cancer and Parkinson’s disease.

The list includes peaches, apples, peaches, strawberries, pears, raspberries and blueberries, grapes, celery, sweet pepper, spinach, lettuce and cabbage, potatoes.

There are also a few foods that contain natural toxins. Some of them lose their original toxicity in the cooking process, but they can still be harmful to people’s properties.

It’s a big part of legumes, which contain a chemical called phytohemagglutinin and toxin “limaran”. This also includes rhubarb and mushrooms.

But one of the safest turned out to be avocado and corn during the study, they found pesticide residues in only 1% of fetuses.

By the way, due to the high content of natural antioxidants, the consumption of zucchini will significantly reduce the risk of developing cancer. However, despite the benefits of zucchini, for some people it is contraindicated.
