The flower, which is 100 million years, American scientists have found in pieces of amber from Myanmar.

“The amber has preserved floral parts are so good that they look like they just collected from the garden,” said a Professor from Oregon state University George Poinar.

The Professor suggests that the dinosaurs might break the branches and shake the flowers into a drop of resin on the bark of Araucaria. This kind of tree scientists believe “the main source of prehistoric amber.”

George Poinar and coauthor of a graduate Professor in the College of agricultural Sciences OSU Kenton chambers, called discovery Tropidogyne pentaptera. The name of the plant received because of the five petals.
