Scientists have discovered what happens in the brain after death

The death of the human body is not in all cases occurs simultaneously with the death of the brain

Scientists have been able to fix a few occasions, when the brain continues to function after death of the body.

Scientists from the University of Western Ontario (Canada) investigated the brain of 4 patients who were dying. In all cases, EEG of the brain showed an unusual pattern of electrical oscillations. In addition, in one case the activity of the brain recorded even 10 minutes after cardiac arrest – experts have observed outbreaks of slow waves known as Delta rhythms.

The researchers suggest that this phenomenon could explain the unusual visions that were experienced by those who survived clinical death. However, experts note that you first need to conduct some additional research to get the most correct conclusions.
