A human skull was discovered in Papua New Guinea.
The skull was discovered in 1929 by the stream, Trically in Papua New Guinea. In this region, at least seven tsunami was observed since 1907. More than 2 thousand people were victims of the tsunami in 1998.
The research team from Australia’s University of New South Wales investigated the layers of the place where you found the skull, and it was confirmed that a tsunami had been here about 6 thousand years ago. Scientists suggest that the body was eaten by crocodiles, like many victims of the tsunami in 1998.
