It turns out that some foods lead to the inability to conceive a child.
American scientists have for several years studied the problem of infertility in women who the first year visited specialists and carried out all their recommendations, but the desired pregnancy did not occur.
These women became participants in a new study, where they had not only to undergo a full medical examination, but also to fill the “food diary” in which they pointed out each dish and the product eaten per day.
The relationship between nutrition and infertility
The first thing that scientists found out, that the love of infertile women in relation to such products as strawberries and spinach. Then they began to explore what other products the most use of women and was surprised that they are all gifts of nature. In addition to vitamins and minerals, these foods are rich in pesticides, which they sterilize and protect from pests during growth and maturation.
In the end, researchers determined that between the inability to conceive a child or take it out and eat foods with pesticides there is a link. At least about 20% of the study participants could not get pregnant for several years and, judging from their entries in the diary of nutrition, they leaned on products containing pesticides.
More than just pesticides lurking in strawberries, but also, these harmful substances contained in apples, grapes, celery, cucumbers, nectarines, tomatoes, potatoes, spicy and sweet peppers, spinach, peaches, and crispy cabbage.
To opt-out of these useful products, even though the amount of pesticides in their composition, it is not necessary, but for those who want to get pregnant, better to cease to use them in large numbers, the same applies to women confronted with a diagnosis of “infertility”.
