Often people believe in any amazing scientific facts, but eventually it turns out that they have no evidence.

There is a myth that eating chocolate leads to acne. Experts claim that it’s not true. No chocolate, no fat does not have any impact on acne.

Also people are sure to be completely healthy enough to eat one Apple a day. Apples contain a lot of vitamin C and fiber that are important for long-term health, but the man needed and other useful components. If viruses or bacteria enter the body, Apple will not be able to do anything to protect.

Many people are convinced that organic food contains no pesticides and is more nutritious. Organic food is actually also may contain pesticides and it is not always the best choice.

Since childhood everyone knows that milk is good for health. Scientists have proved that there is no connection between drinking milk or taking supplements of calcium and vitamin D and a decrease in the frequency of bone fractures. Another myth says that coffee inhibits the growth in children. Scientists say that there is no connection between coffee consumption and rates of bone growth in children.
