Scandal over speech to the German group in the Crimea: new details

The German musicians didn’t expect so much negativity against them.

Musicians popular German music band Scooter, who must act in the festival champagne #ZBFest in Russian-occupied Crimea, commented the scandal around their intentions to sing on the Peninsula.

This soloist Scooter is H. P. Baxter said in comments to the newspaper Spiegel.

The frontman of the German group noted that they did not expect so much negativity that emerged in this regard.

At the same time, a team Manager Jens Body noted that the musicians didn’t know what “go in the direction of political conflict.”

He added that the group was always out of politics, and she previously played in Ukraine and in Russia.

At the same time, the band has not yet announced the cancellation of the performance in the Crimea.

The festival champagne #ZBFest will be held in Balaklava on 4 and 5 August. In addition to the German group there will also perform Sergei Shnurov and group “Leningrad”, Garik Sukachev and “Brigade” Sergei Galanin and the group “Earring”, Dima Bilan, “Degrees”, and L ONE.
