SBU detained connected with the special services of the Russian Federation criminal group. Video

The group consisted of five residents of Kharkiv and Kiev regions.

In the Kharkiv region SBU together with Nicoletia and Prosecutor’s office detained the participants of the interregional criminal group. As the press center of the SBU, law enforcement authorities established that the criminal group consisted of five residents of Kharkiv and Kiev regions aged 30 to 60 years.

Warlords for twenty-five years have repeatedly brought to criminal responsibility for other crimes, and some were training fighters sport club Oplot.

“Field investigators of security service of Ukraine documented that the attackers used the identity of members of public organization, which on external signs similar to the identity of law enforcement officers. Security officers have established their involvement in several abductions of residents of the region to extort money or transfers of property. According to the SBU, the actions of the group coordinated by Russian special services to destabilize the situation in the region”, – stated in the message.

Law enforcement officers detained five members of the group in their places of residence in Kharkov. During searches from malefactors intelligence officers seized firearms, drugs, ammunition, a number of promissory notes, documents of property and businesses, which the criminals took possession of unlawful way, also discovered the literature of well-known Russian political structure.

Now the issue of declaring the detained members of the group suspected of committing a crime.
