SAP has brought two cases to the public Prosecutor Lutsenko

In Parliament the Deputy of the Lyashko accused the attorney General of tax evasion.

The head of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors Nazar Golodnitsky States that launched an investigation into allegations of the leader of the faction of the Radical party of Oleh Lyashko about the house and declarations of the General Prosecutor of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko.

He said this in comments to journalists.

“SAP has responded to statements by the leader of the Radical party, which he made during the hearing of the petition. And we brought in eRDR his two appeals on initiation of criminal proceedings for the facts that were announced,” said Holodnitsky.

So, he said, the statement Lyashko considered that the proceedings initiated and the investigation will continue.

In addition, Golodnitsky noted that SAP is not closed the case against people’s Deputy from the Radical party Andrei Lozovoy, what today in the session hall, stated MP himself.

As reported July 11 in the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada Lyashko accused Lutsenko of tax evasion and urged him to pay taxes, including the building area of 900 square meters.
