Saakashvili was declared wanted on three counts

The search for former President of Georgia involved the police and SBU.

Former Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili is wanted on three criminal counts. This was written on Wednesday, December 6, the press Secretary Larisa Sargan on Twitter.

“Wanted Saakashvili suspected of committing crimes under part 1 of article 15 (attempted crime), part 2 of article 28 (the crime committed by group of persons in a preliminary conspiracy), part 2 of article 256 (promotion of members of the criminal organizations and concealment of their criminal activity, committed by an official or repeated) of the criminal code of Ukraine”, – she said.

Gar also added that the search is entrusted to the operational units of the National police and the security Service of Ukraine.
