The meeting Pechersk district court will start at 11.00.
The ex-Governor of the Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili was taken from prison and brought to Pechersky district court of Kiev, where he will elect a measure of restraint. This was announced by Deputy Yuri Derevjanko on his page on Facebook on Monday morning, December 11.
“Just (about 8.45 – ed.) Mikheil Saakashvili was taken from a SBU insulator to the Pechersk court, St. Khreschatyk, 42. All gather there,” wrote Derevyanko.
He also said that the beginning of the court session is scheduled for 11.00.
“At 7: 30 without lawyers presented the petition. To the lawyer handed the petition in at 8: 30. This is a gross violation of the law!” – said Derevianko.
Lawyer Paul Bogomazov Ukrainian truth was confirmed that Saakashvili was brought to the court: “Yes, Michael is already in the Pechersk court on Kreshchatyk, 42. I work with the documents”.
Security forces heavily guarded the area near Pechersk district court at Khreshchatyk.
