The leader of the party the movement of new forces, the former head of the Odessa regional state administration, Mikheil Saakashvili said that currently in Ukraine is absolutely legal.

According to the politician, this morning, his lawyer came to the Migration service of Ukraine and brought a statement in which he asks the state to protect.
“That is, I am now completely legal in the Ukrainian territory. Under current law, I appealed for protection to the Ukrainian state. And the Ukrainian government must now go to court and solve my request for protection from the Ukrainian state,” – was quoted as saying by Interfax-Ukraine.
The politician said that he wanted all necessary procedures while crossing the border to go on Sunday, but then the guards refused him.
In addition, Saakashvili said that Ukrainian law enforcers took away his passport during a search of the bus he was riding through the Ukrainian-Polish border.
“When people, without asking me, made my arms to Ukraine, I left my passport on the bus. The police came, searched the bus and stole my passport. Now the passport they have,” – says Saakashvili.
