Ex-Governor of Odessa region, accused the Minister of internal Affairs of provocation.
Mikheil Saakashvili said that he was made to base the Peacekeeper at the direction of the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov.
After midnight Saakashvili and Garden came out to talk to reporters.
