Russian mistress strangled and set fire to the apartment, leaving her two-year-old

The boy died in the ambulance from carbon monoxide poisoning.

In the Perm territory the police detained a suspect in the murder of a woman and two children. On Thursday, December 28, according to the regional Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).

“On December 27 in law enforcement bodies of the city of Minusinsk received a message stating that after the liquidation of the fire in the apartment of a five storey residential building, discovered the body of a woman with signs of violent death and a young boy, who was unconscious. He later died in the ambulance”, — is spoken in the message.

In the crime investigators suspected 24-year-old man, who lived with the deceased woman.

“It is established that during the argument on the basis of personal hostile relations, a young man strangled 24-year-old woman. Then he opened the valve of the gas stove, put it next to the rag, which was set on fire. Then he closed the apartment, leaving behind his two year old son, and fled”, — have explained in SK.

According to the preliminary findings of forensic examinations, death of the woman was caused by mechanical asphyxia caused by strangulation, the boy died from carbon monoxide poisoning. Currently the question on election to the suspect of a measure of restraint in form of detention. Upon a crime criminal case under paragraphs
“a” and “b” of part 2 of article 105 of the criminal code (“Murder of two persons, including a minor”).
