Domestic officials do not sleep at night thinking of ways of obtaining money from the population. Higher prices for fuel, food and utilities no longer provides the needed profit, and therefore they took the miners: Boris Titov personally prepares the project according to which miners will impose a special tax.
Boris Titov is a person authorized under the RF President on protection of the rights of consumers. In his bill for free mine can only companies, but private virtual miners will be forced to pay not only for light and farm, but also for the process of production – this is the meaning of a new tax. Fees for mining will be automatic: Boris Titov proposes to incorporate in the equipment the special chip which will contribute to the pockets of officials, excuse me, to the state Treasury, a portion of the proceeds from kamineni bitcoins and their analogues.
The amount of deductions in this case is kept secret, and it is also not clear who in the end pay for the integration of chip – state or again users. To date, the text of the bill is Boris Titov is almost ready, and soon it will be submitted for consideration by the government. We will add that as of October 2017 cryptocurrency in Russia is not regulated, as there is not a single concerning its law.
