In General, the Internet sold data of about 10 thousand officials
Russian hackers stole personal data of several thousand British politicians, diplomats and high-ranking police officials. Passwords that provide access to accounts in social networks such as LinkedIn or MySpace and other online services, was put up for sale on specialized Russian-language online platforms.
According to journalists, among the stolen data were passwords to e-mail Minister of education in the UK Justine greening and Minister for business and energy Greg Clark.
In General, the Internet sold data of about 1,000 parliamentarians or members of Parliament, 7000 police officers and more than 1,000 employees of the foreign Ministry.
