Russia will not transfer technology of Turkey under the contract on air defence systems s-400. It is reported by Interfax with reference to the Russian presidential aide for military-technical cooperation Vladimir Kozhin.
“This is not a speech while it is still only about delivery”, – said Kozhin, responding to a question.
He confirmed that Turkey made an advance over the s-400 system.
“The contract came into effect, the advance is paid. On specific dates yet can not say anything”, – said Kozhin.
