Russia will go only scouts and spies, – Turchynov

This happens after the recognition of Russia as aggressor.

NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov said that after the recognition of Russia by the aggressor state from the territory of Ukraine there will be able to enter only scouts and spies.

He commented on the advisability of the bill banning entry to Russia by state officials, registered in the Verkhovna Rada.

“When this country recognized as the aggressor, there will go only scouts and spies. Yes or no? If he’s a scout, we’ll find out how to smuggle it there. If he’s a spy, there is nothing to do… I think that after the recognition (of Russia – ed.) as the aggressor to go there will those people who fulfill specific functions,” – said Turchinov.

He also noted the active work of the “fifth column” to destabilize the situation in Ukraine. According to Turchynov, it also manifests itself in terrorist activity.

9 October the Verkhovna Rada was registered a bill proposing to temporarily introduce restrictions for state employees on leaving Ukraine to Russia. In the list of exceptions included situations where employees travel to the state-aggressor for urgent medical help or attend a funeral of a close relative, if it is confirmed by relevant documents.

For violation of the temporary restriction on leaving Ukraine to Russia it is proposed to introduce administrative liability.
