The government of Russia will provide Kyrgyzstan with financial assistance in the amount of $ 30 million to support the state budget, said the Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov. In addition, the Russian government decided to extend the March–April migration Amnesty for citizens of Kyrgyzstan in response to a request of Bishkek.

“Most recently, in March, it is still unknown, the Russian government at the request of the Kyrgyz adopted a decision to grant Kyrgyzstan $30 million of financial aid to support the budget”,— he said.

Also, the presidential aide recalled that in 2018 Russia completely wrote off the debt of Kyrgyzstan to $240 million, writes “Kommersant”.

Speaking about immigration Amnesty, Ushakov said that it will be extended on the same terms as before. “For Kyrgyzstan this is a very important question for obvious reasons: there are very many works of citizens of Kyrgyzstan”,— he explained.

The presidential aide recalled that the Amnesty was carried out in 2018. The Kirghiz, who violate the terms of stay in Russia, got the opportunity to return home for two months, and after immediately to go to Russia without bringing to administrative and other responsibility.
