Russia seriously develops military infrastructure near the borders with Ukraine – Turchynov

The aggressor country has significantly strengthened its position in the black sea and Baltic regions, said the NSDC Secretary.

NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov said that Russia seriously develops military infrastructure near the borders with Ukraine. He said this during a meeting with the Deputy Secretary-General of NATO on new security challenges Sorin Ducaru, the press service of the Ministry.

Ducaru and Turchynov discussed the situation in Ukraine as a result of hybrid Russian aggression.
