Rising supplies from Russia and Ukraine in may 2017.
In January-may 2017 heat generation ships warehouses of thermal power plants (TPP) and combined heat and power (CHP) of Ukraine 996,8 thousand tons of imported coal.
About it reports a source in the Ministry of energy and coal industry.
From the beginning of 2017 more coal came from Russia – 777,5 thousand tons, followed by imports from Poland – 118,9 thousand tons, and shipments from South Africa – 100,5 thousand tons.
Rising supplies from Russia and Ukraine in may 2017: 446,3 thousand tons of shipped coal 418,7 thousand tons were delivered to Russia.
Whereas, according to the forecasted structure of fuel for thermal power plants and CHP, published by the Ministry of energy may 25, 2017, generation must import 4664000 t through the ports, with Russia to import a total of 91 thousand tons. Only in 2017, Ukrainian TPP and CHP must import 5374000 tons of anthracite and 58.4 thousand tons of gas coal.
Due to the growth in the supply of coal in may, stocks in warehouses of thermal power plants and CHP plants increased by 584,4 million tonnes (29.1%) and on 1 June was 2591000 T.
