Russia intends to deploy in the Black sea three subs

Submarines of the Varshavyanka project will be armed with rockets Shells.

In 2017, the Russian military was from the Baltic sea to the Black sea three submarines of the Varshavyanka project, equipped with cruise missiles Caliber.

“Until the end of the current year it is planned to complete testing and transition from the Baltic to the black sea fleet of three submarines of the same type: Krasnodar, Saint Petersburg and Velikiy Novgorod”, – reported in Department of information support of the black sea fleet.
According to him, the first three submarines of the Varshavyanka project, built for the black sea fleet, Novorossiysk, Rostov-na-Donu and Stary Oskol already arrived to the place of permanent deployment.

The crews of these submarines took part in the solemn Sunday meeting dedicated to the 111-Leah submarine forces of Russia.

Submarine project 636.3 Varshavyanka belong to the third generation and are a development of project 636 and 877. They are among the most noise in the world and that the West received the name Black hole.
