“You have information that there are various conflicts between different criminal groups that are part of the occupational administration in the occupied territories of the East of our country. In connection with the aggravation of the Russian military leadership increased the military contingent of the Russian troops located in this territory. Turchynov also expressed confidence that the APU is “not only defy the provocations of Russian troops, but also greatly improve their position.”
