In the prayer hall are allowed to keep only a daily supply of flammable liquids.
The Russian government has made religious objects in the rules of fire safety.
The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. Document published on the government website.
The help notes that earlier, a special regulation in part of fire safety of objects of religious purpose was not.
The document, among other things, stipulate rules for the use of a censer.
“Kindled censer during the divine services can only be supplied on a non-combustible base in a special place decorated with non-combustible materials. The distance from the place of installation kindled censer to spaces and interiors, clothing and other items made from combustible materials should be at least 0.5 meters”, – the document says.
In addition, the resolution States that “the supply of flammable liquids in the prayer hall should be not more than the daily requirement, but no more.”
Do not store flammable liquids in rooms prayer rooms. An exception is made for liquids, designed for the ceremonies.
“Temporarily placed in the prayer hall combustible materials (ate, dry grass) must be at distance more than 1,5 meters from a source of open fire. Permitted grass area of the prayer hall on the feast of the Holy Trinity, not more than one day with a further replacement,” – says the resolution.
The document stated in the certificate, is aimed at ensuring fire safety on objects of religious significance to different faiths. At the same time “takes into account the internal rules of religious organizations to be followed when performing services.”
The resolution agreed with the Interreligious Council of Russia.
