Russia has charged Ukraine’s border guards

The detained in Russia Ukrainian border guards accused in illegal crossing of the state border.

In Russia, two detained in Sumy region servicemen of state frontier service of Ukraine accused in illegal crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation. On Thursday, October 12, Interfax reported with reference to the center of public relations (TSOs) FSB of Russia.

“Detained October 3, 2017 for crossing the border from Ukraine to the Russian Federation servicemen of the State border service of Ukraine in the framework of earlier instituted criminal case under part 3 of article 322 of the criminal code (illegal crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation) charged with”, – stated in the message.

As reported, on October 3, during the monitoring of the border in Sumy region lost two border guards. They were detained by the Russian FSB.
