“Geostorm” as befits a big-budget blockbuster, led the top box-office with charges of 300 million rubles. In Russia, the disaster movie Dean Devlin starts much better than in the US – however, for failure in America, this movie has its own, very good reasons.
Victorian Thriller “the Golem” gathered in the Russian hire about 13 million roubles, and took the eighth place is not so bad, but the distributor must have hoped for a better result. However, from the same seller in the asset and even “Curse. Our days”, which in the second week of rental was on the eleventh line of the top with total charges in the 42 and a half million rubles.
But “House of ghosts”, having virtually no advertising, all on 190 screens, failed to break even in the top 15, collecting less than 4 million rubles.
