Russia in 2019 returned to the top five in military spending, took the fourth place. This was announced by the experts of the Stockholm international Institute for peace studies (SIPRI).
The TOP 5 also includes the United States, China, India and Saudi Arabia.
The country’s first five collectively spend 62% of the total world spending on defense is estimated at $1.9 trillion.
