Online supermarket Rozetka and EVO (Prom.ua, Bigl.ua, Kabanchik.ua and others) are planning to join.

The result of the proposed transaction Rozetka buy a share of the South African holding Naspers group of companies EVO (Naspers is the majority shareholder), and the proportion of founders EVO Nikolay paliyenko, Denis Gorovoy, Taras Murashko transformirovalsya per share in the combined company.
All existing projects will continue its work and operational management of the businesses will remain unchanged.
The combined company will build on the direction of marketplace that will allow small and medium Ukrainian businesses to sell goods through the sites of the merged company.
“The direction of the Marketplace at the Outlets is developing most rapidly. Already, a significant proportion of sales provides the “long tail” of goods delivered by third sellers”, – said Chechetkin.
The closing of the transaction will occur after the permit from the Antimonopoly Committee for concentration in Ukraine.
Group of companies EVO was founded on the basis Prom.ua. Now the EVO are developing not only Prom.ua but also Satu.kz, Deal.by, Bigl.ua, Zakupki.Prom.ua, Crafta.ua, Kabanchik.ua, “Vkusno”, Shafa.ua.
