The first racket of Ukraine Elina Svitolina successfully launched on the Open championship of France on tennis.
Starting rival Svitolina in Paris was a 45-ranked Yaroslava Shvedova. Elina was aiming to take revenge at Kazakh women for last year’s defeat at Wimbledon.
Start the match was not scripted Svitolina – Shvedova scored an early break and led 3:1. Ukrainian gradually joined in the game, equalized, and in the tenth game, taking 5:4 forced the opponent to make the decisive error.
