Several dozen children painted each other with paint and began attacking a police car.

In Chelyabinsk in the time of the festival of colors an angry mob of teenagers attacked police vehicles, staging mass riots.

Teenagers shouted obscenities, kicked and hit police cars. The crowd calmed down only when the venue of the festival was approached by several patrol cars. According to the organizers of the festival, during the event lacked the necessary security, which led to riots.
