The famous cartoonist has depicted Putin walking over the heads of APE-like creatures.
Well-known artist Sergey Elkin made fun of the head of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin for his policies.
The picture was published on the website of “Radio Liberty” on the social network Twitter.
“Elkin about reverse evolution,” – said in the caption to the published image.
