Australian scientists have identified a method that is helping people in old age to avoid dementia.
During the meta-analysis of a number of earlier studies on the impact of physical activity on mental ability, experts from the University of Canberra, came to the conclusion that people older than 50 years to avoid problems with memory, thinking and attention should be to exercise regularly.
To preserve the clarity of mind to the elderly experts recommend moderate weight training and aerobic exercise for at least 45 minutes.
