Resonant murder near Kiev: the head of the Board of “Kievoblenergo”

Unknown persons have attacked the head of the Board of “Kievoblenergo” in his own home.

The crime occurred yesterday at about 20:00 in the village Belogorodka, Kiev Svyatoshinsky district. The criminals beat the house owner and his wife. The man died at the scene from his injuries. Information shared in a press-service of the channel region.

As it became known, the attackers snuck through the fence into the yard of the deceased. They attacked a man dragged into the room where the tied him and his wife. The victims began to beat to find out where is a safe with valuables and money. To know them and failed. As a result, the criminals took 15 thousand hryvnia, which lay in a conspicuous place, removed a gold ring his wife, dragged the man into another room and escaped.

The woman was able to escape and called the police. On the scene came the police, who found the home owner dead.

“All signs point to the fact that the attackers did not intend to kill the owner, and committed a crime with the purpose of acquiring property. The scene the attackers stole jewelry and a small amount of money,” – said the chief of police of Kiev region.
