The judge hearing the case of the volunteer “Uncles Serezhi” and Sbushnika, kicked out the crew.
The judge of the city Vasilkov, which examines the conflict between Sergey Maxim volunteer with the call sign “Uncle Serezha” and SBU drove a film crew of one of the Central TV channels from the audience
This was reported by one of the lawyers “Uncle Serezha”.
“The judge in the case of the arrest of the minibus Uncle Seryozha, took and kicked out of the courthouse crew of one of the Central Ukrainian TV channels. Just wiping my feet on to the article 27 of the Criminal procedure code of Ukraine, which guarantees the transparency and openness of judicial proceedings”, – said the defender, volunteer.
His action, the judge explained that, they say, “stationary equipment in a courtroom can only be used after a special court decision.”
“But the crew was not expelled from the courtroom, and from the door of the personal Cabinet of the Vasilkovsky versitility fate. Expelled is illegal, impeding professional activities of journalists”, – was indignant the lawyer.
We will remind, on June 3 at the Kiev-Odessa highway, near the village of glevaha, there was a conflict between the drivers of two cars – an IDP from Donetsk and volunteer Sergey Maxim with the call sign “uncle Serezha” and the employee of SBU by the name of Shepherd. It was reported that the fight arose out of the fact that one of the drivers did not want to give way to another.
According to police, each of the participants in the incident tried to prove his innocence. For this purpose one of the drivers (SBU) has applied in relation to another gun with rubber bullets. As a result of firing the volunteer received a wound in the hand.
On the given fact criminal case as regards 4 articles 296 of the Criminal code of Ukraine – hooliganism. Both cars were sent to the garage to ascertain all the circumstances of the incident. Later it became known that the court upheld the arrest of a vehicle victim volunteer.
