Renault at the motor show in Frankfurt, Germany introduced the Renault Megane RS new generation.
In the chassis of the hot hatch Renault Megane RS the third generation uses “steering” the rear wheels, Torsen differential on the front axle and hydraulic constraints of the compression stroke in the shock absorbers.
In the Arsenal of the new “charged” hatchback is the system mode selection control electronics Multi-Sense: Comfort, Normal, Sport, Race and Perso. As described in the company, all auxiliary electronic AIDS of the car can be switched off via the multimedia system R-Link 2.
Hot hatch Renault Megane RS the third generation got the turbo petrol 1.8, which debuted earlier on the coupe Alpine A110. On the 5-door “charged” novelty, this engine produces 280 forces and 390 Nm of torque. Paired with high-performance motor is working 6-step “mechanics” or 6-step “robot” with two clutches.
Renault has not announced the dynamic characteristics of new items.
European customers can order hot hatch Renault Megane RS new generation in December 2017.
