During quarrel the man struck the stepson stabbed in the torso. 25-year-old victim was hospitalized in serious condition.
57-year-old resident of the village Troughs Vinnytsia region decided to resolve the household conflict with the 25-year-old stepson just took a knife and stabbed the opponent several penetrating knife wounds. In the end, the victim in the surgical Department of the hospital with severe wounds of the abdominal cavity, in respect of the attacker initiated a criminal case.
Police have classified the crime under article 121 of the criminal code of Ukraine (premeditated grievous bodily harm), which provides for penalty of imprisonment up to 8 years.
