Traffic accident, which killed one of the drivers occurred in Vinnytsia region.
According to preliminary information, the driver of the truck, 60-year-old resident of Rivne region, lost control and flew into the oncoming lane.
The result was a collision with the car “DAF” with two trailers, carrying grain.
On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 286 (violation of traffic safety or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles, entailed death of the victim) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
Now the competent authorities, carry out appropriate examination.
