Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
November 3 Teplicka district occurred traffic accident involving freight train and car “Volkswagen Passat”. As a result of their collision was injured the passenger of the car, 17-year-old local resident. Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
Yesterday at about 19.40 in Teplitsky police Department received a report of an accident at a railway crossing S. markivka. A freight train which moved with the message “gubnik ruled – Khrystynivka,” has faced the car “Volkswagen Passat B5” under control of 26-the summer inhabitant of the village of Orlovka, which was moving in the direction of Sochi. In the accident injured passenger of the car, a resident of the village of Orlovka. With minor injuries the girl was taken to hospital.
Investigation Department of the police opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (violation of rules of traffic safety or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles).
For such an offence punishable by restriction of liberty for a term up to 3 years with deprivation of the right to operate vehicles for the same period.
