In the calculations of Regardie amount almost halved to 1.2 million per share on July 27 and up to 1.1 million — during a rally on August 3. However, the Prosecutor’s office, which acts as the plaintiff, has not changed its requirements. Hearing is postponed until January 15.

Previously, the prosecutors office filed two lawsuits for a total amount of 5 million rubles. First filed by Navalny and employees of FBK Alborov, Zhdanov, Sable, the head of the Moscow headquarters of the oppositionist Oleg Stepanov, a leading “Live Bulk” Vladimir Milov, as well as unregistered candidates to the Moscow city Duma, Alexander Solovyev and Ilya Yashin. The amount of 2,557 million rubles, which is the damage allegedly caused to the state during an unauthorized protest on July 27. The defendant in the second act Sable and Alborov, they require more than 2.5 million rubles for organizing an unsanctioned rally on August 3.
