MPs in the second reading has approved the bill No. 5587 “On amendments to some legislative acts on improvement of construction activity”. The adoption of the law voted 276 deputies.
Now, the law abolished the need of additional technical conditions from the State service for emergency situations.
According to the explanatory Memorandum, the bill proposes to abolish compulsory examination on issues of robustness, reliability and durability for construction of facilities I and II categories of complexity in the territories with difficult conditions.
Also the bill regulates the situation with the licensing of certified engineers, providing higher education for architects.
