Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Bahrain accused Qatar of disrupting mediation efforts to resolve the crisis in the relations of these countries.
“The stubbornness of the Qatari government, his failure to comply with the requirements of the four Arab countries indicates the level of his ties with terrorist organizations, the desire for destruction, the undermining of stability and security in the Gulf region and the middle East”, – said in a joint statement of Arab States.
We will remind, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain and Egypt in early June, broke off diplomatic relations with Qatar, accusing it of supporting terrorism and interference in their internal Affairs.
Later, the Arab countries have presented Qatar an ultimatum of 13 points, calling Doha a 10-day deadline to agree to meet the requirements of the neighbors. Qatar rejects accusations its Arab neighbors and claims that their demands are unrealistic and cannot be fulfilled.
