“What we save something?”, — commented the Russian President Vladimir Putin the situation with the salaries of nurses. We are talking about the transfer of nurses to the cleaners, despite the fact that the salary of nurses and so very small.
As reported TASS, at the enlarged meeting of the Presidium of the state Council, Putin stressed that some cases of trying to save money on salaries of medical staff perplexed. “The nurses we equate the rate of wage growth to the average staff, but began to translate them to the cleaners. Well, why?” — said Putin, noting that the salary of nurses and without that “not so big”. According to Putin, there is no “savings” here and there can not be.
The President has added that for financing of the modernization of primary health care in 2020 for a period of three years provided 150 billion rubles of additional funds (50 billion rubles a year). However, he said, after the examination of the regional healthcare modernisation programmes, the financing volume can be adjusted.
