The Kremlin is not ready to implement the exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and Russia. This statement was made by press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.
“This speech is not, is quite another matter,” — said Putin’s press Secretary, answering a question about the exchange of prisoners between the two countries.
At the same time Russia “with understanding” refers to the exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and militants of the “LDNR”.
We remind that on 15 November the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and the leader of the movement “Ukrainian choice” and the godfather of the Russian leader Viktor Medvedchuk discussed the situation in Ukraine. In particular, the Ukrainian politician appealed to the master of the Kremlin with a request to influence the leaders of the “LDNR” on the proposal to exchange prisoners. In response, Putin agreed.
