According to Gerashchenko, the peacekeepers should be introduced to the entire occupied territory.

Vice-speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Gerashchenko commented on the statement of Russian President Vladimir Putin on UN peacekeepers in the Donbas.

In Facebook Gerashchenko wrote that Putin is trying to distort the idea of the Ukrainian leadership on peacekeepers in Donbass “in the best traditions of hybrid war”.

“He instructs his faithful Minister Lavrov submitted a resolution to the UN security Council for peacekeepers on the contact line. The moment: the conflict line was the line of collision due to the Russian aggression. For us, this contact line, the contact with the temporarily occupied territories Mordor we will definitely be back… This is not the Ukrainian border, so there can be no question of peacekeepers exclusively along the line of contact, ” she said.
